The December issue of Delicious Magazine is out, and I’ve snuck a couple of vegan Xmas recipes in for those who don’t have the meat vibe. Sweet Potato, kale, lentil & macadamia nut roast is a cracker for Xmas Day or any other, and my vegan ragu pasta sauce is the perfect recipe to use up the leftovers.
