Prepare your taste buds, wear loose pants and take the week off work because two Sydney food mavericks are joining forces and it's going to be tastetacular.

It's the moment we have all been waiting for, Pepe Saya of Pepe Saya Cultured Butter and Mike McEnearney of Kitchen by Mike are collaborating on a mouthwatering menu.

For one week only, from Monday 25 November until Sunday 1 December, Kitchen by Mike will be serving scrumptious dishes featuring Pepe's culinary ingredients teamed with Mike's kitchen innovation. It's a week of Pepe Saya at Kitchen by Mike and that means the menu and the fridges will be loaded with Pepe Saya products, so you can eat, enjoy then take some home to cook with. It's like Christmas for your mouth.

Pepe's ghee, buttermilk, crémé fraîche, mascapone, cream and butter are all featured on the menu during Pepe Saya week at kitchen by Mike.

Monday: Cabbage, Apple and Pepe Saya Buttermilk Slaw / Eton Mess with Pepe Saya Cream

Tuesday: Malaysian Pumpkin and Cashew Curry with Pepe Saya Ghee / Dessert Makers Bread and Butter Pudding featuring Pepe Saya Vanilla Anglaise

Wednesday: Wood Roasted Chicken with Pepe Saya Crème Fraiche and Fennel / Peach Melba with Dessert Makers Buttermilk Ice Cream (using Pepe Saya buttermilk)

Thursday: Slow Roast Sirloin with Horseradish and Pepe Saya Mascarpone / Pepe Saya Buttermilk Pannacotta with Roast Apricots

Friday: Pot Roast Mutton cooked in Pepe Saya Buttermilk with Rosemary / Tiramisu with Pepe Saya Mascapone

Saturday/Sunday Breakfast: Sourdough and Pepe Saya Buttermilk Pancakes with Pepe Saya Crème Fraiche and Rhubarb Jam

Everyday and as always, Pepe Saya Cultured Butter and Mike's homemade crusty bread.
